This position works closely with veterinarians on staff and with our clients to make sure that the highest level of pet care is achieved. As part of the hospital team, the veterinary technician is responsible to adhere to all protocols in line with the hospitals goals, strategy, procedures and values. The front desk manages incoming/outgoing clients, their pets, visitors, telephone messages and calls in a professional, efficient and cheerful manner. In addition, the front desk position has to perform various clerical duties, which support in the presentation and operation of the hospital.
